Our shopping cart automatically calculates postage costs based upon the total value of your order. If you are ordering a Gift Voucher, regardless of whether it is an E-Voucher or a Paper Voucher, you will automatically be charged a delivery fee if the total order value is below £50.

If your shopping cart contained no other products other than the Gift Voucher, we will REFUND the delivery fee to you immediately.

Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from date of voucher issue

Credit notes will be given on purchases which cost less than the value of the Gift Voucher code entered during checkout.

Each Gift Voucher will have a unique code which will need to be entered during checkout. This code can be used only once. If a credit note is applied, a new redemption code will be provided.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
